Reconditioning Method
Each and every machine has been carefully checked with all outstanding updates and safety bulletins completed before disassembly. Prior to being carefully prepped for painting, all weldments are closely inspected for any defects.
Skyjack's Recon Division has all of the necessary equipment required to perform a high quality, professional paint job. They offer a complete paint line and oven and a state of the art blasting booth.
Each and every Skyjack equipment is meticulously reassembled so as to meet original OEM standards. The following components are replaced with brand new components: filters and hoses, 110V outlet, the hydraulic fluids, the main electrical cables and main control and joystick controllers. Furthermore, every unit receives new tires, batteries and bushings and battery cables and worn pins are replaced.
With a rated load capacity of ninety thousand pounds in the 2nd and 1st tiers, the TXLC-974 also offers eighty five thousand pounds load capacity in the 3rd and 4th tiers. These models offer a ninety seven inch center of load. When at 106 inch center of the load, the TXLC-974 capacity is 82,000 pounds in the 1st and 2nd tiers and in the 4th and 3rd tiers it is still rated at 80,000 pounds.
